Our company has been operating flatbed trucks on the West Coast since 1986 and we pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time. We currently own over 100 tractors and trailers. Each unit is equipped with a 45' or 48' trailer, full tarps, straps, v-boards, and several units carry chains and binders. All units are capable of pulling a 50,000 pound payload.

We are also capable of hauling 60' material with 25% of our fleet. We currently maintain a Maxi fleet of 20 trucks to take care of large loads in the Northwest, where 64,000 pound loads are legal. This Maxi fleet offers the same service as our long haul fleet with the same quality and dependability.
All of our trucks run the Eleven Western States and are licensed for the entire forty-eight states. We have a diverse customer base including customers in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho. This diverse customer base enables us to cover a large number of areas at competitive rates. Although we are based in Oregon, we maintain a local fleet in the Central California and Bay areas. This fleet allows us to serve the local regions as well as Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas areas.

Starting a Trucking Career & Truck Driver Training Programs
Many private and public vocational-technical schools offer cdl tractor-trailer / truck driver training programs. Students truck drivers will learn to maneuver large vehicles on busy streets and in highway traffic. They will also learn to inspect trucks and balance freight for compliance with local, Federal and State, regulations. Persons interested in attending a truck driving school should check with local trucking companies to make sure that the school's training is acceptable to their perspective state and policies.
CDL Truck Driver Training
For most truck drivers taking a cdl truck driver-training course is an excellent way of preparing for a truck driving job and for anyone trying to obtain a commercial driver's license. Some high school and college courses offer cdl truck driver training. Automotive mechanics would be very helpful in the trucking business. Trucking companies that offer training to new truck drivers is usually informal, and may only consist of 1-2 days of instruction from an experienced driver / trainer, sometimes with minimal pay or even the on new drivers own time. New drivers may also ride with and observe experienced truck drivers / trainers before they are allowed to make their own runs. New Truck Drivers
Most people have had other jobs and enter their truck driving professions directly out of trucking school; most truck drivers previously had jobs in other industries. In most cases, a person may also starting as a truck driver's helper, driving part of the day and helping to load and unload freight is a plus. Most helpers will receive promotion when driving vacancies occur or other drivers move up or retire. New drivers sometimes start on smaller trucks like straight or panel trucks.
